I am Marjolein, owner and founder of SaltyDreads, based in Portugal, since 2016. I run a successful full-time dreadlock salon and webshop.
Braiding in my first set about 7 years ago sparked the exploration that guided me into refining my craft into numerous courses of which one was the Pilot course from Dreadshop on how to become a Synthetic Dreadlock Stylist.
My career lifted off over the last few years when my work went viral over social media and influencers and celebrities started to wear my dreadlocks.
