Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit [amount as mentioned] is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be credited towards the total cost of your service.

Cancellation

• When you have to cancel your appointment or feel sick please notify 24 hours in advance.

Late arrival

• If you arrive more than 30 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate the full service, and the deposit may be forfeited or applied to a shortened service.
• Arriving late can also end up in the cancellation of your appointment.

Reminders

• payments can be done via PayPal or cash
• you are welcome to bring someone along with you (which is possible up to 1 extra person)
• unfortunately pets are not allowed in the salon
• feel free to take something to drink and eat with you
